Amenities
My family (me, wife and 15 y/o twin daughters) stayed at Tatiana’s place for 4 nights. We were on the east coast for 2 weeks and drove into NYC. I had lived there for a decade in the 1990’s so am familiar with NYC and the area.
We selected Tatiana’s place based on 3 main criteria: 1. Sleeping arrangements 2. Location and 3. Price.
The living area is small but manageable. We were not concerned about this as we planned to spend most of our time out exploring the city. When back, we hung out in our bedroom and the kids hung out in their bedroom. We expected this and it worked out well. The location was perfect for us. We could walk everywhere we wanted and did often. If we wanted to venture further, subway lines are easily accessible a short walk away. We easily found an overabundance of dining options nearby to meet any price point, cuisine preference and appetite. The place is fairly priced for NYC and I would recommend to anyone with a small group looking for a NYC experience.
