Welcome to my comfortable and well designed 1BR in the middle of the most central part of Downtown Manhattan. You’ll have all the benefits of NYC apartment living without sacrificing location. Plus, you’re just 3 easy minutes from multiple subway lines.
Looking to work from home? My apartments internet is faster than a 12 year old hopped up on Mountain Dew. And it has a dedicated work station so you won’t have to work from the couch (unless you want to).
The apartment has a large living room with dinning table and work station, kitchen with breakfast bar, and a comfortable bedroom with a Queen bed and black out curtains.
Is that a cloud you’re sleeping on? Nope, that’s just our Queen bed memory foam mattresses.
Late night out in the city? Don’t worry, with our black out curtains and air conditioner, you can sleep as late as you want!
Even the living room pull-out couch comes equipped with a memory foam mattress. So no need to draw straws on who sleeps where.
Sure, eating at the finest restaurants can be fun. But sometimes we all need a nice home-cooked meal, right? That’s why our kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials you’ll need to cook yourself a nice dinner.
While the apartment can accommodate up to 4 people, the optimal size group is 2 and there is an extra charge for additional guests.
We are located in Chinatown, on the border of Little Italy, Lower East Side, SOHO and Tribeca. All these neighborhoods are 5-15 minutes away on foot!
You are only:
15 mins to Williamsburg Bridge
15 mins to World Trade Center
20 mins to Empire State Building
25 minutes to Central Park

• No parties, events, or loud noise of any kind. Noise monitoring devices in use.
• No unconfirmed guests at any time.
• We use a camera at the entrance to confirm the correct number of guests,
the camera doesn’t record the inside of the apartment, just the entrance.
• Please respect the home and our neighbors.
• Be considerate with noise levels.
• The apt is located on the 4th floor, you must climb 3 flights of stairs.
• The apartment is newly renovated and exactly like in the pictures. However,
the building is older, so the the lobby area and the stairs are pretty run down.
